Let’s skip the clichés about “valuable human resources” etc and get right down to the point.
We are where we are today because of all our associates – present and past.
In our business, there are no tangible products – just great attitudes, knowledge of the customer’s requirement and knowledge of insurance products (in that order) and a well-designed and well-oiled client servicing system.
And there is no technology in the world which can deliver all this by itself.
We need great people who can deliver value to our customers – and future need based trainings we are proud to say, we have them.
We have close to 100 associates across 8 offices. Engineers, Chartered Accountants, MBAs, PGs in Insurance, Law Graduates, PGs in Computer Application …. the works! The Secunderabad office hosts the support departments – Finance & Accounts, Human Resources, Administration, Knowledge and Compliance and Information Technology.
However, business is growing, new offices are coming up, needs are changing and new lines are being added every once in a while. People move on too, leaving gaps to be filled.
