Each functional team typically (but not necessarily) has 2 levels of associates – team members & team leaders.
The Secunderabad office hosts the support departments – Finance & Accounts, Human Resources, Administration, Knowledge & Compliance & Information Technology.
Depending on your aptitude and skill set, you could decide which hat you would like to wear. And, by the way, you could wear a different hat later, if your skills and the company requirement match up.
